Boy Update

Luke started Preschool in a 3/4 yr old class this year, going twice a week for a few hours. He's so funny about it - every day, he tells me he isn't going to school, even as we drive up to the building. But once we are inside, he's all about it and has no problem staying. I know he has fun and enjoys playing with the other kids. And I enjoy the break!

Ryan's Saturday

Thunderbirds

Saturday afternoon we went to the local airport and enjoyed the airshow. We got there around 2pm and spent time walking around with our friends the Lasleys, looking at JD tractors, the USAF Thunderbird on display before the finale of the day - the six USAF Thunderbirds. It was a very awesome experience. I am very thankful that we took the time to go and see them and am also very grateful for the men and women who are serving in our armed forces!

First Day of School

The 2011-2012 school year has begun. Grace & Audrey went to school today, in their uniforms. The atmosphere in the building was so calm and everyone looked so cute! Grace had a very busy, fun day and is excited that her teacher's name is just like her RahRah's, and they both teach 2nd grade. Audrey did a half day with all the other kindergartners and survived it. She made it all the way to lining up for the bus to come home before she melted. Our friend said she was a happy, smiling girl all morning long, until it was time to come home and then she just couldn't get home fast enough.

The boys and I hung at home and began Potty-Learning with Luke. Not a bad day - he didn't have a single accident and only wet in his pull-up while we were gone for ball for 2.5 hours tonight. So, bring on tomorrow! :0)

While dads and the older brothers attended a special Stake Priesthood session on Sunday, we had a cousins dessert night at our house. It was a lot of giggles, cartwheels and love. It was so wonderful!
