And his name is....

... E'Who.

So since I'm not going to commit to a name for our boy until he comes, Darcy was inspired during Sacrament meeting today. The speaker was mentioning the lineage of the Melchizedek Priesthood and said that one of the men was Ehu (it's actually Elihu but who cares). So Darcy gave me several options of E'Who's spelling and we decided that since we live in the Loo, we should go with the above spelling.

So for anyone wants to know the name of our baby boy - it's E'Who until further notice.

Finished!

I have been "working" on this project since August. I bought the material & ribbon because "I'm going to make them a valance today!" In December I cut, ironed & sewed the 3 sections together (b/c I wasn't going to learn to do pleats, so it's super long!). Last Monday, my friend Lisa came and teased me yet again for not having it done (she was around for the other days too) and then suggested the ribbon as the binder. What a cute idea! So I got the curtain finished on Monday night. Tuesday I went to put it up and the rod I had was way too short for the window frame. So today, 6 months later, my wonderful children now have a valance in their room. It will stay when the girls move to the basement and the boys will have a yellow, green & blue room.

I'm so proud of myself! Look Lisa, it's all done!! Yeah!

Where we've been in 2010

So, sorry to all of you who read my blog - it's been almost 3 months! Yikes! But I haven't really been emailing either, so I'm not feeling too bad...

This is what has been happening since the beginning of 2010:
  • Michael went back to school to get a teaching certificate. It ends up being another B.A. but at the end, he'll be able to teach. Looking at fall 2011... Not that long.

  • Grace has lost 2 teeth - thankfully!

  • Audrey has just become more and more her own person, with her own demands. :)

  • Luke has become a boy. He climbs in, over, under and through things. He likes to climb into the kids' bathroom sink, open the girls' toothpaste and eat it. Either there or in the bathtub.

  • And I keep getting bigger and bigger.

For those who don't know (which may be a lot of you!), we're expecting our 4th little one in July. And today we found out it is to be a boy! The girls were a little bummed but Grace is now excited because we'll be a family of 6 but it will be even, 3 boys and 3 girls. Yeah!!

Cookies & Snow

Sunday night's Family time - decorating and eating a few sugar cookies! Yummy!

And today's Blizzard's worth of snow! It was a lot of fun. Of course, Luke was really mad when I made him come in. I doubt the girls will have school tomorrow and am wondering how Michael is going to get out of the driveway to go to work... Maybe another Snow Day! :)

There are a lot more pictures in a slideshow and a video on my Picasa site. Click here to see!

If you check out many of my friends' blogs, you will notice similar pictures, but I just couldn't resist. Luke has decided that he's too big for his booster seat and wants to sit with the girls during meal time. Obviously, you can tell from the floor how successful this is. I don't remember why, but I had looked under the table (to see his mess?) and this is the adorable picture that I saw. I love it!
